We’ll shuttle you in style from our Culinary Center in Lynnwood to Stanwood, home of the Pioneer Grass Fed Beef Farm and Klesick (Organic) Family Farm. There we’ll be toured and taught by passionate experts on local grass fed beef and organic produce and the importance of organic and sustainable food sources. Lastly, we’ll enjoy well known local chef Chris Starkenberg as he treats us to an outdoor grilling class featuring the finest Pioneer and Klesick Farms have to offer! We’ll start our adventure at H Mart in Lynnwood where we will join Chef Pranee for a whirlwind tour (and detailed explanation) of Asian produce, spices, pantry staples, meat and fish. Discover authentic fresh herbs, vegetables, sauce, condiments and ready to serve products. Once we’ve become familiar with the market, we’ll purchase items for a Thai feast that we’ll create with Pranee back at our Culinary Center. The evening concludes with us enjoying an impromptu buffet featuring a “market fresh” inspired curry, salad, creative stir-fry dishes plus a few dipping sauces.
